The control module is an industrial-grade dynamic weighing control module that enables high-speed, dynamic, high-precision real-time weighing, and outputs weighing results via Ethernet or serial communication.
This module is specially designed for dynamic and static sorting weighing on belt conveyors and roller conveyors. It adopts a dedicated digital filtering algorithm internally, which can effectively suppress interferences such as motor rotation, belt operation, and object impact.
The module supports two Ethernet ports and allows cascading of multiple modules in a daisy-chain topology. The Ethernet interface complies with standard MODBUS TCP/IP protocol, standard MODBUS RTU Over TCP/IP protocol, and also supports HTTP protocol for parameter reading and configuration.
The serial bus of the module adopts the standard Modbus RTU protocol with half-duplex RS-485 serial transmission. It supports configuration of interface parameters, sampling and filtering parameters, scale platform parameters, measurement calibration parameters, tare and zero-point parameters, and status detection parameters.
The integrated metal detection and weighing machine can be applied in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, plastics, chemicals, textiles, garments, toys, papermaking, sanitary products, electronics, and renewable resources. It is designed to detect broken needles, iron wires, and various metals (including iron, copper, brass, aluminum, tin, stainless steel, etc.) mixed into products.
